* For example, if you have won a project worth $50, you have to pay $5 commission if you are a free member however; as a gold member, you will not have to pay any commissions.

* If you want to increase your chances of winning more bids, you should upgrade your membership to gold member as soon as you earn $12.

* Never submit your contact informations like phone number, email address or postal address in the bid or on the PM, as your membership is liable to be terminated.

* Most of the time, the project buyers give lot of weight to the buyers ratings and feedbacks. Thus, your initial goal should be to achieve maximum number of ratings and feedbacks without bothering to go after higher priced projects.

* Read all the instructions before commencing the project and delivering the final work.

* Understand clearly about the payment terms and conditions especially about escrow mechanism and about withdrawal of funds to your PayPal or any other accounts.

* Ratings and feedbacks can only be given for the projects paid through GAF. Thus, initially you should always insist to be paid through GAF so that you can accumulate maximum number of ratings and feedbacks.
